ABOUT ME

Making the decision to come to therapy may very well be one of the bravest and most vulnerable choices you can make for yourself. As a licensed marriage and family therapist my goal is to help you discover your full potential and lead the life you imagined living for yourself. I am constantly inspired by the experience of connection and healing I witness in my work with clients. I believe that a positive therapeutic relationship can itself, be a powerful tool in supporting a client in creating and maintaining healthy relationships with others in their lives. 
I opened the doors to my practice four years ago, where I have been working with children, teens, individuals, couples and families treating a variety of mental health and relational challenges. Prior to private practice I worked in many different clinical settings including as a school counselor, outpatient therapist with an agency through the County of Orange, and as a supervisor for clinical trauma intensive teams. I am passionate about the therapeutic process and I believe that each client's unique goals will lead to an individualized and comprehensive treatment approach.
